China's Electrical Outlets and Electrical Voltage
Electricity in China is 220 V and 50 HZ
No matter what type of adapter you bring to china, or kind of plug you see while you are here, your electrical appliances must be 220V / 50hz or you must use a converter.A wide variety of plug types are seen throughout China. These include the:
Type A
Type C
Type I 
Type G
Each of the above plugs does have a unique matching socket; however, with the exception of the G-type outlet, most commonly you will see combination outlets that allow you to use more than one kind of plug in the same socket.
