推荐信相关的信息和建议，附六份索要推荐信模板

最近很多同学都在陆陆续续准备2023fall的申请啦！也有很多同学前来咨询文书制作的一些细节，例如推荐信RL怎么写？要几份？怎么配比？怎么才能礼貌得体地问教授要到推荐信呢？

首先，推荐信需要几份？

一般情况下来说，美国的研究生院要求提供3封推荐信，一般称为Recommendation Letter或Reference。信件作者应该熟悉学生，并且有一定的知名度；而在英国香港或者新加坡等地区，一般要求提供2封推荐信。这里需要提醒的是对于有工作经验的同学，建议提供学术推荐信+工作推荐信这样的组合。

由于大学的选取委员会除了重视请求人呈现出的片面上的自己，还想借着推荐者的文字描述了解请求人客观的布景情况。因而，推荐信能够供给一种更公平的、不偏颇的评价资料。推荐信的核心内容是评价请求者的特质，以及将来在某个特定专业范畴开展的潜力。

PS: 假如大学官网requirement明确指出需要学生提供2封学术推荐信，那么来自导师的推荐信应该偏重学术才能，如果找了系主任，那么这类老师的推荐信应该重视本质素质，G5的一般预备3封。

其次，推荐信需要注意事项

1.推荐人邮箱：建议尽量提供官方邮箱

2.推荐信避免无关信息：信件中不应提及与工作无关的任何事情，例如种族，年龄，爱好，婚姻状况

3.推荐信不要写任何不真实的内容：比如一个实验室的负责人为他的实验室的三位申请人写了封信，每封信中都说该申请人成绩最好，那么这就有点不太真实了。
