SPSS偏相关分析(Partial Correlation)步骤
如果需要进行相关分析的两个变量的取值都受到其他变量的影响，就可利用偏相关分析(Partial Correlation)对其他变量进行控制，输出控制其他变量影响后的相关系数。本文致远教育小编就以实际例子来为大家分析SPSS偏相关分析(Partial Correlation)步骤。
举例来说，A与B都受到C的影响，偏相关分析(Partial Correlation)就是帮我们控制变量C，然后计算A与B的相关系数。
还是用例子来演示如何在SPSS中操作偏相关分析(Partial Correlation)。例如，要研究scores on the Perceived Control of Internal States Scale(PCOISS)和scores on the Perceived Stress Scale的关系，将socially desirable responding bias作为第三变量进行控制。
那么，research question：After controlling for participants’ tendency to present themselves in a positive light on self-report scales, is there still a significant relationship between perceived control of internal states (PCOISS) and levels of perceived stress?
What you need: Three continuous variables: two variables that you wish to explore the relationship between (e.g. Total PCOISS, Total perceived stress); one variable that you wish to control for (e.g. total social desirability: tmarlow).
SPSS偏相关分析(Partial Correlation)步骤：
1. Analyze-Correlate-Partial
2. 输入对应的变量
3. Options-Zero order correlations-Exclude cases pairwise
4. Continue-OK 结果如下：

Table的上半部分是正常的两个变量的 Pearson product-moment correlation，没有控制其他变量。左上角的单词 ‘none’ 表示没有控制变量，这种情况下 correlation 是 –.581.
下半部分是有控制变量 social desirability的情况下的相关性分析，新的 partial correlation 是 –.552。
前后对比来看，本例中两个变量相关性强度变化呈现小幅度下降 (从 –.581 到 –.552)。这表明Total PCOISS 和 Total perceived stress之间的相关性并没有受到social desirability的太多影响。
